What to check?
In order to properly diagnose the problem, you need to conduct a thorough check. Try to find out the following:
- Does the washing machine pick up water after the washing program is switched on? In order to know this, you need to start the washing mode( you can do it with an empty drum).
- Are water pipes blocked? It is possible that the water supply is difficult due to not having to close the open valve. Is there enough water in the pipes? If the pressure in the pipes is low, the water will be accumulated much more slowly than usual.
- Is the detergent powder filled in the correct container compartment? In some models of washing machines there is a compartment for the powder, which is only used when the prewash program is started.
- Was there any clogging in the detergent dispenser? Sometimes water flows freely into the feeder, but the washing liquid can not penetrate the hose due to the fact that it is clogged.
- Is the dosage of detergent met? If you use more powder for washing than recommended by the manufacturer, the surplus can not be picked up and remain in the container.
- Do you use a fake instead of a quality detergent? A poor quality product may stick together, coming into contact with water, and not wash out from the feeder.

- Malfunctions due to improper use of detergent. If household chemicals used for washing are poorly soluble in water, it can cause clogging in the detergent feeder or in a hose where washing agents enter the drum. - Water supply malfunctions. If the washing machine does not gain water or does it too slowly, the laundry detergent may not be washed out completely from the feeder. Tips
If the laundry detergents are completely dry, it means that no water enters the feeder. If the water set goes as usual, the breakdown can be serious. The correct solution will be to seek help from a specialist, since, probably, some parts will need to be replaced.
