- k is the coefficient of location of the region( the southern band is 0.7-0.9, the European and central part is 1.2-1.4, the northern and the eastern is 1.8-2).
This formula is suitable if you need to choose an electric boiler for the capacity to heat the apartment. As for the private house or giving, then in the calculations you need to multiply the total value by 1.5.The additional factor takes into account heat losses through the ceiling and the floor.
