He works according to the following technology. The ends of the pipes are installed in the apparatus and connected. After fixing them, the edges are cleaned with a tool, thereby ensuring their parallelism.
Then the pipe ends are heated with a special plate with a fluoroplastic coating. The heating process is controlled by a thermostat. This plate is installed so that it is between the ends that need to be connected. When the material is heated to the state of melting, the plate is removed, and the ends are compressed and left to cool. Note! After fixing the pipes must be cleaned to an ideal smoothness, because this is the key to reliable fastening.
After the material has dried, a seam is obtained on the inner and outer surfaces. It is removed without special difficulty by special equipment. The quality of the seam can be easily and quickly established by visual inspection. This method is considered one of the most reliable and effective, its reliability has been tested for many years of use. But the welding machine for PE pipes exists not only for spot welding, there is one more way.
Equipment for welding polyethylene pipes with a coupling method
The machine for welding polyethylene pipes is often used for coupling by a coupling method. This method consists in fixing special couplings with the use of heating elements. On the spirals of the heating element, electricity flows, which leads to melting of the polyethylene, and the shape is welded to the pipe.

Before the beginning of the welding robots, the entire surface is mechanically cleaned mechanically to remove all types of contamination and oxide film.
