When carrying out excavation works, make sure that the pit depth is 0.5 meters more than the height of the bowl. The thickness of the screed should be about 30 cm. After curing the concrete, we put a layer of geotextile on it, and upwards - polystyrene foam, after which the bottom is poured with concrete. And only now it is possible to install the basin bowl and bring it to the appropriate communications, and all the pipes from the sides to the shut-off valves are securely closed with protective sleeves.
In the stiffeners of the bowl, holes are drilled where steel bars or fittings are inserted - this greatly improves the grip. After this procedure, a formwork is installed for pouring concrete around the shell, which is filled with the solution as it dries in layers no more than 30 cm.
