By law, heating can be turned off for a month for 24 hours( total for all days).At the same time, there can be no more than 16 hours of continuous heat( if in residential premises +12 and above), no more than 8 hours( if at home 10-12 degrees of heat) and no more than 4 hours( if the temperature is 8-10 degrees).
If these general rules are not met, for each hour of failure to provide services( the total amount for the entire period), heating fees will decrease by 0.15%.
