The household gas pipeline is installed naturally inside the building and the premises. Its main task through the flow meter is to transfer gas to all machinery that requires gas supply( starting from the plate, ending with a fireplace and a convector).

To the pipeline components, the aggregate state of the energy carrier and its physical capabilities assume a number of tasks:

- Place the joint with a reinforcing tape and again with a lock nut.
With the same sequence, threaded connecting elements for gas lines are mounted, attaching to the threaded outlet of the gas consumption device.
Important! When the entire gas pipeline system is ready, it turns yellow. To determine the color of the production put a mark of color, which must be used. But you can also leave it in the same place, and paint them in any other color.
Gas pipes and fittings from polymer
All kinds of parts and components for a gas pipeline made of polymer are very easily cut and able to withstand a great deal of pressure. They are seamless and for mounting you need a regular soldering iron and connecting elements.
Distinctive qualities are corrosion resistance, strength for underground gas pipelines and reliability for main lines with medium and high pressure.
Polymer metal fittings and rubber hoses
Used in a gas pipeline chain for connection to consumption devices. Naturally, a pipe is brought to a certain distance, but the rubber hose is connected to the device and the fitting via a valve.
Gas hose is sold complete with prepared connecting elements( with internal and external thread).Proceeding from this, the installation of the sludge is extremely fast and unmistakable.
In the installation it is necessary to use a polymer tape FUM in order to screw the connecting element into the valve. And after that, the fitting is put on the fitting of the consumption device, also with a polymer tape.
If it so happens that the selected connecting elements are not suitable for gas hoses, then adapters( bushing and choke) with two kinds of threads can correct this problem. It is only necessary to understand that all kinds of adapters reduce the strength of the structure itself and that gas flows may occur.
Metal fittings and pipes for gas from metal plastic
Used for the construction of water pipes and domestic heat supply systems. These pipes are also used to create a domestic gas pipeline. The pressure they can withstand is of the order of 4.5 MPa, which allows them to be mounted with both threaded and crimp fittings. It is desirable to use crimp connecting elements, as they are able to maintain the integrity of the entire structure for the entire time it is used. Because threaded fittings will be able to unwind with time and become a big threat of gas flow and the emergency condition of the whole house.
Their defining quality is the corrosive non-adherence and flexibility of the heat pipe itself. There is no need to use corner fittings, since it is so flexible that it can be turned in any direction and at any angle.
