- for plating apply only moisture resistant gypsum board;
- cut material taking into account the following features: the screen should have a height of 2 centimeters less than the height from the edge of the bath to the floor;
- fixation must be done by means of screws, while observing a step in the center of the profile of 15 centimeters;
- to fasten material stands from the edges of the surface of the hearth and sides, adhering to a distance of 10 millimeters. Due to this, it is possible to eliminate the possibility of stress from the swollen material. With direct contact with water, even moisture resistant gypsum board can adversely affect the skin material.
At the completion of all work on the installation of drywall, you should do with priming and lining. It is allowed to use wet wallpaper, decorative plaster, as well as various kinds of film coatings. An interesting material for facing is a mosaic. It is able to hide all the disadvantages of mounting, making the surface ideal.
