Another type of roof - double glazing. Has a good distribution. Its price is too high. When manufacturing the glass unit, a unique method of "hardening" the glass is used.

Installation instructions for the roof with their own hands

As an example, let's bring the roof of the balcony, located on the last floor, from the corrugated board. To install it, the following tools and fasteners are required:

• Structures for support. It is necessary to adhere to the gaps between them of 1 meter. Calculate the length of the balcony and calculate the number of supports
• Profilers serving as the frame
• Bolts 10 centimeters long
• Wooden plank for the crate( 4/4 centimeters)
• Screws. Their screwing occurs together with a rubber seal for waterproofing
• Antiseptic solution for removing harmful substances from the surface of wooden beams
• Scissors for metal
• Construction foam for sealing
• Cement( possibly sand)

Step-by-step instruction:

1. To strengthen metal supports under the roof canopy. Fastening is made by anchor bolts. They should be screwed to a depth of 10 centimeters in the wall.
2. The crate is installed( section 4 by 4 centimeters).
3. The wooden base of the battens and all wooden structures are treated with an antiseptic. This will protect the surface from harmful insects and destroying moisture.

is applied to the thermal insulation. The remaining stages are connected with the finishing of the balcony. The canopy can be made by lining, gypsum boards, siding.

Note: the loggia and balcony have their own differences. The balcony is outside the room walls. The extreme wall of the loggia is on the border with the wall of the house, so this option of roof construction does not fit all the parameters for the loggia.
