How to build a foundation of TISE with your own hands?
The work should begin with the layout of the site. The piles mark the location of the piles along the perimeter of the structure. Further, the supports under the bearing walls are marked. When all pits are drilled, they are poured with concrete. During the concreting, the installation of reinforcement, which is responsible for the strength of the supports, is carried out. To do this, you need to use four bars per pile. They must extend above the ground level by approximately 25 cm.
The baying is then carried out - a careful dipping and lifting in the raw solution of the reinforcement. This will remove excess air bubbles.
After piling, they are coated with a mastic for waterproofing.
Previously harvested sand is distributed level with the edges of the finished piles. Further construction of the TISE foundation is carried out according to the following instructions:
1. Threading is carried out for the installation of the grillage formwork.
2. The formwork is installed, the boards are connected to each other.
3. The inside of the shields is covered with a film.
4. In addition, the formwork is fastened with studs, for which the sleeves are dressed as sleeves.
5. The armature is unfolded and tied( 4 twigs of 12 mm reinforcement bars from above and below).
6. Formwork is poured.
A hairpin can be removed one day after the solution is poured. To fully grasp the grillage it will take another 10 days, then the shields are removed. Sand under grillage can be removed and put boards of flat slate on both sides.
