Water entering the tank is difficult. Water can enter the washing machine slowly or intermittently for a variety of reasons. This is due to both the state of the water pipes( for example, sometimes the wine becomes weak with a weak water pressure or blockage in the pipes) or with the device itself. So, the normal water supply to the tank can interfere with the formed clogs in the filling hose or in the filter.

Drain the water from the tank. This problem is the exact opposite of the first, but the effect produces the same. If there is always water left in the tank, the machine can not switch to spin mode, as a result of which the washing is delayed. The normal drainage of water is most often hampered by blockages in the drain system. They usually arise because of foreign objects entering the drain hose or filter, accumulations of detergent powder and mud deposits.

Constant recruitment and drainage of water occurs. In this case, washing can last indefinitely, so the washing machine can not fix in the tank the water level necessary to start washing. This problem can occur for two reasons. The first is the errors made during installation of the device to the sewer pipe. The second is the failure or incorrect operation of the water level sensor.

The water in the tank does not heat up. To start a preset washing program, it is necessary that the water in the tank warms up to the desired temperature. If no heating occurs, or it is very slow, the washing is delayed. Two devices - a heating element and a thermostat( temperature sensor) - respond to the heating and monitoring of the water temperature in the tank. Failure of one of them leads to the fact that the temperature mode of washing is violated and the washing machine is malfunctioning.

The drum rotates without stopping or, conversely, freezes. A similar fault can also cause the washing to take a very long time. The most serious reason that causes a similar problem is the failure of the electronic control unit. A less serious reason, which is much easier to eliminate is an overloaded drum.

• Weak water pressure. You can check the pressure in the pipes simply by evaluating the pressure coming from the tap of cold water. If it is not strong enough, contact the Housing and Utilities Service.
• Blockage in the filling hose or filter. You can remove the blockage by disconnecting the water inlet hose and blowing it. If the contamination is serious, flush the hose under running water. The clogged filter is cleaned with a toothbrush and washed with warm water.
• Blockage in the drain hose or valve. Here you need to act the same way as in the previous case.
• Connection error. Check that the drain hose is properly installed in the sewer. The connection must be made not directly, but through a special siphon, which according to the norms should be located at a height of not less than half a meter.
• Malfunction of the pressure switch. The water temperature sensor can be checked for service by a small piece of flexible hose with a suitable cross-section. Connect one end of the hose to the pressure switch, then attach the device to your ear and blow it to the other end of the hose. If you hear clicks, the pressure switch is OK, otherwise it will need to be replaced.
• Breakage of TEN. Most often, a thick layer of scale, which prevents its normal operation, is the cause of the failure of the electric heater. The scale is easily removed with a solution of citric acid. However, if after cleaning the device does not "come to life", then it is defective and needs to be replaced.

Thermostat fault. The water temperature sensor rarely fails, but if it does, an optimal solution is to purchase a new device, rather than wasting time and money to repair the old one.

Breakdown of the control unit. The failure of the electronic unit is considered to be the most serious malfunction, since it is difficult to cope on its own. Usually a broken module is returned to a flashing or replaced with a new one.

Drum overload. There is a malfunction when washing, if too much laundry is loaded in the drum. In this case, you must forcefully end the washing program, drain the water and remove the excess of things.

• It is possible that the set or drain of water is difficult, because there was an inflection of one of the hoses. This problem is easily eliminated, so make sure that the drain hose and the filler hose are not deformed before proceeding to diagnose the problem.
• Do not allow clogging to form in different parts of the washing machine. Use only high-quality detergents and do not exceed the recommended dosage. Before washing, check the pockets of clothing, zip up. Things with a lot of jewelry erase in special cases.
• Periodically prevent the occurrence of scale and limescale. To do this, you can use not only store tools, but also folk, such as vinegar or citric acid.
