Such a breakdown in the washing machine occurs quite often - it's about the drum bearings. If the machine produces a sound when operating, resembling a plane on take-off, then the diagnosis is correct - the bearing must be replaced. Another sign - the washing machine starts to shake, it goes "in raznos".If you rock the drum, it will deviate quite a bit from its axis.
In principle, the replacement of bearings can be made yourself, if you have some experience in repairing household appliances. But before you start, you should prepare well. Sometimes it happens that the unit is dismantled, the details are littered, and the "master" runs around the neighborhood in search of the right tool.
Together with the machine, as a rule, a repair kit is supplied, which includes bearings. It is necessary to prepare and a new lining of a tank as after its repair too it is necessary to replace.
The procedure for replacing the
- bearing is completely disabled. From everything - electricity, water, sewage. Naturally, there must be enough space to disassemble it;
- the top panel is removed. Screws of its fastening - under hexahedron.(It's already clear what to cook!)
- removes the body of the dispenser and unscrews the screws.3 in this location and 1 on the front panel;
- the bottom panel is removed;
- removes the drain hose;
- now has access to the screws fastening the front panel. They twist;
- the hatch is removed. It is enough to pull the spring yoke;
- detaches the detergent drawer;
- further counterbalances are removed. In most models there are two;
- disconnects the wires from the "heater".Here you need to carefully mark everything. And it's better to take a picture;
- the TEN is removed. It is enough to unscrew the nuts and press a little;
- retracts the tube between the tank and the drain pump. As a rule, some amount of water will merge, so you need a rag;
- removes the rear panel, belt( you should scroll the pulley a little);
- dismantle the engine( mark the wires! !!) and the pressure chamber;
- remove the tank. Before this, you need to remove the springs, shock absorbers. In general, the tank is completely free;
- to get to the bearings, you need to turn the drum and remove the pulley. Under the drum should be laid wooden slats, as it is necessary to knock out the pulley;
- tank separates into two halves;
- in the back of the tank are the bearings. They get knocked out in turns. Important. Care must be taken not to damage the landing nests! !!
- after all the bearings have been cleaned thoroughly from the scaling;
When installing new bearings, do not knock on their center, only on the outer rim of the cage. And evenly along the entire circumference.
The oil seal must be lubricated before being put into place.
Assemble in the reverse order. After connecting the halves of the tank( using a sealant and replacing the gasket), it must be checked for leaks( after the seal has dried).
Recommendations
