Materials
Unusually and original look the product made of concrete slabs and wooden boards. But the most important thing is that any owner can build such a construction. To start work, the following materials will be required:
- 5 boards 15x3.8x200 cm;
- 4 boards 15x3, 8x65 cm;
- 2 boards 15x3, 8x17.5 cm;
- 12 concrete slabs 50x50x5 cm;
- threaded rods M16( 4 pcs.) About 55 cm long;
- nuts + washers M16 for fixing rods in the structure( 8 pcs.);
- glue for wood for securing the rear backrests( but additionally it is better to fix them on self-tapping screws);
- antiseptic for wood.

With this kit, making a garden bench made of wood will require minimal time and money.
Prepare for the assembly of boards and slabs is quite simple. It is necessary on each board 2 m long to retreat from the top by 7.5 cm and from the edge to 10 and 40 cm( on one side) and put the dots. Repeat the procedure for the other side. On each of the 5 boards you need to make 4 holes in the above points. The plates must also measure from the top of 7.5 cm and from the edge to 10 and 40 cm( from both sides).A special drill for concrete will help to drill accurately. Beginning of assembly of the garden bench
After the preparation is completed, it is necessary to put the wood in order and achieve its beautiful appearance and durability. After all, the garden bench made by own hands, and in dry weather, and during the precipitation will be in the open.
It will be necessary to cover the tree with an antiseptic, for example, Pinotex( usually purchased boards have already been processed), then wait for the material to dry and collect the backrest. It is necessary to measure on both sides of the board( 2 m) 50 cm - there will be the edges of the plates. Further from the received marks we measure on 15 sm to the center of a board are it will be parts of a back. Stepping back another 17.5 cm from the new marks, we separate a couple of sections( on both sides) of 15 cm for another pair of boards. A special glue for wood is applied to the areas of 15 cm, which allows to secure the backs and the lower part securely. To the 2-meter board are glued boards length of 65 cm, perpendicular to the board for sitting. In addition, they are also fixed with screws.
Further between the formed protrusions, as shown in the photo, the pieces are pasted with the parameters of 17.5X15 cm. All glued parts are clamped and held together until the adhesive compound dries. The time for hardening depends on the type of glue purchased. When parts are securely fastened, the coating is antiseptic.
It is additionally possible to cover all details from wood with varnish.
