This welding is used for laying small lines on workpieces. Being equipped with a built-in spiral, the coupling ensures heating of the plastic. It is noteworthy that the welding mode, in which the specialist must work, is indicated on the bar code of each pipe.
When welding is prepared, a coupling is put on the pipe, and the whole structure is fixed so that it is completely stationary. The spiral is connected to the power supply, and after that the mission of human intervention ends and automatic mode works. The most accurate welding will be using an Italian or French welding machine. The function of the soldering iron, as it was in old welding machines, simply disappears.

In case of overheating, the circuit-breaker function is activated. The nozzle has a Teflon surface. It is noteworthy that the cost of a soldering iron depends on the quality of the nozzles, and its kit also includes several replaceable ones, depending on the diameter you can choose.
Welding process using welding equipment for polypropylene pipes
The nozzle is screwed onto the tile. Then install the soldering iron on a stand and plug it into the mains. The machine heats up, the automation turns it off, but it should be turned on again, so that the temperature for welding is suitable. But during the heating of the soldering iron it is necessary:
- Cut the workpieces to the required length. Cutting is done with scissors, which came with a pipe cutter.
- Labels are placed on the blanks, which are equal to the depth of the coupling. It is necessary that the fitting be directed in the same direction as the connecting elements. Then the docking will be in the correct position.
- On the pipe and fitting put on the nozzles of the soldering iron and heat.
- After heating all the nozzles are removed from the soldering iron and are joined, that is, pressed against each other. After pressing, moving, turning and the more so trying to separate it is impossible!
- After welding the welding is finished. And you can use the joint piece of pipe to the destination.
These pipes have become more and more used not only in everyday life, but also on an industrial scale. But they are best suited for private houses, because they are characterized by durability and lack of corrosion.
