- Preparatory work - this is a complete cleaning of the room. It is necessary to take out all things, leave the room completely empty. This also applies to cement dust, if the insulation is made in a new building. It is better to use a building vacuum cleaner for this purpose, but the usual bagging will do. The main thing - immediately after work clean it, otherwise it can no longer earn.
- Supporting wall. It is mounted on the inside of the parapet. It is best to use foam blocks. Their permissible width is up to 10 cm. Later the main thermal insulation material will be mounted on this base.
- Warming of the floor. As already mentioned above, warm floors can be used, but only with lags. Lags are bars of carefully dried wood. They fit on the principle of a rail.
- After that, you can use a heater - mineral wool or polystyrene - or variants of a warm floor. They are mounted on top of the established lags. At this point, the "roughing" floor processing is considered complete. The next step is a basic floor covering - most often it is a laminate.
- Warming of walls and windows. The walls can be insulated either for subsequent plastering or as a gypsum board construction. In the first case, polystyrene is most often used, it is evenly glued to the wall. After the glue has solidified, additionally fastened with dowels. After that, you can start plastering. The main advantage of this method is space saving. If the square meters allow - it is better to perform the construction of plasterboard.
