We begin the installation of the boiler in the bathroom.

Suspension of the heater is not the most difficult, it is more difficult to connect it to the water supply and electricity, but you can do it.
Connecting the water heater to the water pipe
We install a tee and a ball valve on the cold water pipe to lead the pipe to the boiler and drain the water. Install the safety valve that comes with the heater, the stopcock, then the filter and again the shut-off valve. The last two parts are installed at the entrance of the pipeline to the apartment. If you have a pressure in the main line that is very high above 6 atmospheres, then a pressure regulator is required.
The next step will be to protect against water leaking from the boiler back to the main system if there is no water in it. Let's say you have turned off the water in your apartment, the boiler is on, and if the safety valve is incorrectly installed, the water from the tank can flow back. In this case, the heating element may just burn out.
At the inlet of the water heater is installed a tee( cock, air valve, hose).The hose will be needed for draining the water, if the water supply is turned off and you urgently need water. In the boiler you always have a supply of water. At the outlet with hot water, a ball valve and a tee are installed. Only when the tap is open at the outlet with hot water can water be drained through the hose, since the water trap is neutralized due to the air supply through the air valve. Another shut-off valve on the cold water pipe after the safety valve is needed in order to shut off the water supply, if it is necessary to carry out the maintenance of the boiler, change the heater or the anode.
Then it is necessary to connect a pipe that draws hot water from the boiler to the domestic wiring of hot water, with the main hot water supply being blocked.
Connecting the boiler to the power supply
The boiler is connected via a stranded copper cable. Some water heaters include a safety shut-off device that is installed near the heater. A double-action automatic is necessary to disconnect the entire line in time in the event of a short circuit, since electricity with water has never been friendly. If the RCD is not included in the kit, then it is necessary to install a differential automat, which will serve as protection against current leakage and short circuits.
We should not forget about such an important moment as grounding. Perhaps it will not save you from an electric shock, but with it the unit will last longer. You can not ground the wiring in the sewage pipes, central heating and water supply, in gas pipes or in reinforced concrete buildings. One skill and knowledge of how to install a water heater in the bathroom is not enough, you must follow the precautionary measures.
