After this, you need to measure the length taking into account the entire route of the wiring from the machine to the distribution board. When choosing a cable and suspension elements, one must take into account the weight of the wire in this section, with a three-fold safety factor. As the load on the suspension structure increases in difficult weather conditions, it can cause breakdown and de-energization. The main use is a steel galvanized cable with a diameter of 4.6 to 6.8 mm. In cases where the length of the suspension is small and the weight is such that it can be neglected, a string string can be used instead of the cable wiring( galvanized steel wire or lacquered hot-rolled wire from 5 to 10 mm is pulled).

First, you need to fix the anchor section and the securing elements of the cable wiring to the selected section of the anchor. Most of this steel plates are pulled from both sides of the wall by studs, and welded to them by rings to suspend the cable. The tension of the fastening is done to strengthen and avoid their falling out, distributing the weight of the load evenly over the wall, and not at the fixing points.

Next, you need to fasten the cable with one of the special loop cable clips on the other side, on the other hand, tighten it to the maximum and screw the screw couplings to the state of the string.

After installation, the strings begin to tie the cable with a bandage. To hang the cable harness in the street, you can use plastic clips, galvanized iron bands, knitted galvanized wire. The distance between the bandage is 50-80 cm.

When using a binding wire, it is necessary to prevent the cutting of the core into insulation, for this, a gasket is made between the shroud and the wire made of insulating material. The winding area of ​​the bandage should be maximally distributed by laying 7-10 turns of the shroud. When using plastic clamps, please specify their performance data. Otherwise, in winter in the cold or very hot summer, you will find scattered yokes.

When laying the cable over the cable, it is also necessary to protect the line from the medium to the insulation, so it is recommended to stretch it in the corrugation, as shown in the photo below. This will then reduce the cost of operation and restoration of the cable wiring.
