As an experienced specialist in the field of construction, I can confidently state that quality plaster is the main guarantee of the ideal result of repair or finishing of the premises. The modern market construction material is filled with plaster from a variety of manufacturers, but far from all the material is in accordance with the strict requirements of professionals. - High level of plasticity, thanks to which the masters are much easier to work with plaster, in the shortest time, finishing the surfaces of a huge area;
- Possibility of using additional materials that increase protection against street noise. This factor is of the greatest interest for residents of paneled multi-storey buildings.
Of course, in the process of work I noticed some drawbacks, the most significant of which are the following:
- Minimum shrinkage, which manifests itself in the process of removing holes of a minimal area, but considerable depth;
- The difficulty in applying one layer of plaster to another, the reason for which is poor adhesion. If there is a need to apply subsequent layers, the surface is densely treated with a primer composition.
So, in the end, we have a quality building structure, the disadvantages of which are less significant than the advantages. It can be safely said that with the help of this gypsum plaster it is possible to solve the overwhelming majority of tasks related to repair and finishing with maximum efficiency.
