In most typical apartments the partition between the bathroom and the toilet is not a carrier, so it can be safely demolished. In the new spacious restroom you can put a compact shower cabin or corner bathtub, and install a washing machine in the released corner. Choose a sink without a leg, as under the washbasin there will be a locker or a large laundry basket. - We join the balcony to the room.
If you have a loggia, be sure to glaze and insulate it, and then dismantle the doorway. Here you can put a roomy closet or hang shelves, organize an office, mini-dining room, bedroom or recreation area. And large windows will add even more light. - Combine the kitchen and decorate the studio.

Today, modern one-bedroom apartments are built with an already provided niche for the bed. However, we recommend using this place even more effectively - build a podium, up to 1 meter high. On this elevation put the mattress, and under it organize a place for storage of things.
If you become a happy owner of a room with high ceilings( 3 meters and above), it is necessary to use a place under the ceiling and arrange a bedroom there or fix a hanging bed.
