Panels of this material are cut quite easily and accurately even with ordinary tools - tape and circular saws, electric and manual saws for metals.
You can cut polycarbonate with a hacksaw or a hand saw. However, in this case, in order to prevent undesirable vibration, the sheet should be securely fixed on the desktop beforehand.

Before the cutting process, it is not necessary to remove the protective film from the panels of cellular polycarbonate. Thus, you can protect the material from scratches.
We recommend removing dust and sawdust that will form during the cutting process from the channels by applying compressed air.
