If there is no natural natural reservoir near your country house, then probably you should think about building a swimming pool right on the site. Being a complex engineering structure, and not an ordinary pit, the pool requires a very careful approach to its construction and choice for this place. In the past, the availability of a pool in the site was an indicator of very high solvency. Today there are so many cheap materials that you can even build polypropylene pools with your own hands, the cost of which will be within reasonable limits.

Today, the industry produces a special grade of polypropylene, which has such properties that allow it to be used for the construction of hydraulic structures:

- It is imperative to make a drainage bowl that protects against the pressure of nearby groundwater. To do this, level the bottom of the foundation pit, cover it with geotextile, after which the whole bottom is covered with rubble with a layer thickness of 30 cm. - The bowl must be made from the bottom of the excavation, but at the beginning it is necessary to cut all the necessary details of the future structure: the bottom, the side, and the steps. Connect the polypropylene sheets from the outside, welding them with a pistol with a hot air jet passing through the nozzle for the unfolded corner. Welding equipment is very expensive, so it's easier to rent it.
- Then the bottom of the excavation is laid with billets of polypropylene, which are cut in the shape of the bottom of the pool. The edges of these sheets are connected to the sides of the future basin and begin to weld them from two sides: from the outside, attachments for welding seams, and from the inside with a polypropylene rod to weld the seams. This double seam is more durable.
- The steps are also manufactured exactly. When the bowl of the future basin is welded, it is necessary to weld more stiffeners with it using the same rod. The distance between these ribs is 50-70 cm. Once the structure has been completely made, it must be firmly installed and fixed.

After the pool construction work is completed, proceed to the installation of a hydraulic system consisting of pipes around the perimeter, installation of special bottom drains and installation of lighting equipment.
