Selection of lubricants

Special lubricants have been developed for the lubrication of perforators by domestic manufacturers. Grease is divided according to the operating conditions of the units. For the lubrication of reducers, rolling bearings, clutch, it is recommended to use lubricants specially designed for use in these assemblies.

The lubricants are conventionally divided into three categories:

• for highly stressed components, such as the impactor, reducer, intermediate shaft;
• for greasing drill liners;
• for lubricating rubber sealing rings.

As lubrication of rubber sealing rings, it is advisable to use Cyatim-221 , which does not destroy rubber.

Special lubricants are used for the perforators of Interskol.

Before installing the rubber sealing rings on the parts, the latter must be lubricated with a rubber-inert lubricant that can withstand temperatures of up to + 120 ° C.

It is recommended to use not only inert rubber for the rubber, but also provides a high seal during operation. From domestic lubricants, pay attention to Tsiatim-221.

Assembling of the block of the impact unit

Assembling the barrel ends with the installation inside the striker and the catcher after lubricating the internal surfaces. Installation of the safety device in the barrel body is fixed by a lock ring.

Piston Assembly
