Strange scheme of an apartment electrical panel

Vasily asks:

Good day!
In my one-room apartment, if it is necessary to replace the meter (he is 16 years old), I drew attention to the connection of cables to the machine. switches. It was connected before me, house 1980, 5 floors. With this connection scheme, I lived for 8 years, everything works, but I think that the connection was made incorrectly.

I checked the light switches - they disconnect the phase wire. If you do as it is written at the bottom of the screenshot, then the switches will turn off the neutral wire, but the circuit itself seems to me correct. At the same time, I am afraid of the consequences of switching to a new circuit.
The question seems to be childish, but what can be done in my situation? Connect as I think or leave everything as it is?

The question is answered: Alexey Bartosh
Let's start with the terminology. Why do you call zero load?

As if yes, the phase output (contact 2 of the counter) should, in theory, go to machines 2 and 3, then machine 1 is either removed altogether, or redone to do this:

AB1 = AB2 + AB3.

And zero on a straight line. It turns out that you either turn off the phase for the entire apartment, or zeros for the groups you listed (lights and sockets).

Well, you write correctly, then your light switches will break zero, and not phase - this is highly undesirable (my opinion).

I think it is better to leave it as it is until the time when you can cable from the meter to the apartment replace and already remake the circuit as you please, well, or until you completely change the wiring in apartment.
