Hello! If you want to get an adequate answer, you should describe the problem in more detail:- Has it always been this way?
- How long ago and after what began?
- Or did you just install the wiring at all and faced such a problem?
- What lamps burn out?
- Do both lamps burn out without regularity in any of the rooms? Or does it burn out in the same room?
- How is the wiring connected - everything is on the same line or on different ones, on the same phase or on different ones, a switch from one place or are they different switches?
If the wiring was installed a long time ago, but it started recently, then most likely when it is turned on, a short circuit occurs somewhere, from which a voltage surge occurs and the lamp burns out. The knockout machine also hints at this. Perhaps the insulation is damaged somewhere, maybe there is even a problem in the junction box, you need to check the quality of the connections.
If you just installed it, then check the connections, especially if the input is three-phase, suddenly you supply line voltage (380V) to the lamps.
