Technoplex

Technoplex( Technoplex) is an innovative heat-insulating material that is used for insulation of facades of private houses, balconies and installation of warm floors.

What is a technoplex?

Thermal insulation system is represented by slabs, the technological process of production of which involves the use of nano-sized graphite particles, which reduce the thermal conductivity and substantially increase the strength.

Extruded polystyrene foam has a uniform structure, which consists of air cells of 0.1-0.2 mm. Extrusion manufacturing technology consists in mixing polystyrene beads and a foaming agent under high temperature and pressure conditions.

The scope of the technoplex includes individual and industrial construction. Due to the high resistance to mechanical damage, loads and humidity, the insulation is successfully used at all stages of the erection of engineering structures, from the foundation foundation to the roof arrangement. The technoplex is ideal for insulation of "cold bridges" and production of sandwich panels. In this case, you need to purchase a heater, a thickness of more than 20 mm, which provides for the presence of a special L-edge. It is the L-edge that improves the density of the plate joint and prevents the appearance of "cold bridges".

In the private house-building, extruded polystyrene foam is suitable for insulation of balconies and loggias, basement and foundation, facade and interior walls, and floors.

It is known that up to 40% of heat is lost through the construction of a building. Thermal insulation of facades is one of the ways to achieve economical energy saving. The technoplex is resistant to deformations and has an excellent level of moisture resistance. It is not prone to decay and decomposition for a long period of operation. Internal heat insulation is recommended when it is impossible to change the facade of the building and it is necessary to eliminate the loss of thermal insulation.

Thanks to the dense connection of the polystyrene plates, a low level of vapor permeability and water resistance is provided. The material does not lose its technological characteristics even in conditions of 100% humidity.

The high strength of the techno-optic ensures protection from various kinds of mechanical damage, which allows it to be used for exterior wall finishing. At the same time, the installation process is quite simple and easy: the material can be processed using a hacksaw.

The technoplex is not exposed to bacteriological effects. The absence of formaldehyde in its composition guarantees absolute nontoxicity. The material is environmentally friendly and does not pose a danger to human health.

Performance, ease of handling and installation, as well as high energy efficiency makes extruded polystyrene foam attractive not only from a practical but also financial side. In comparison with polystyrene, it is 1.5 times more efficiently retains heat.

At installation of a heater it is necessary to consider its chemical instability to organic solvents, gasoline and bitumen glue.
