Hello. I bought a mirror registrar E-ACE with a connector for a rear view camera minijack 2.5mm.I bought the camera separately, it has a video signal cable with a tulip connector. As a result, I also bought an adapter from a tulip to a minijack to connect the video signal cable to the recorder.
The camera came earlier, had the opportunity to check at home on the TV, the camera with the TV worked.
But after connecting, the image is not fed when the reverse gear is turned on, only the image from the camera of the recorder itself is displayed on the monitor. The electricity is connected, everything seems to be correct + / _ from the camera to the +/- reversing light, (the electrician showed) said that everything is correct.
The only doubts are two red wires (scions) on the video signal cable (tulip) on both sides. As I understand it, they are needed only when connected to the built-in radio tape recorder, did not connect them, or do I misunderstand? What is wrongly connected and why is the video signal not being output?
