The two-room apartment of the old building was overhauled. The task was to complete the modern decoration of the apartment for one person.
The initial state of housing was deplorable: plaster cracked and fell off wiring out of order, wood floors partially rotted and staggered badly. The balcony had wooden glazing and adjacent doors with a kitchen and an office.
The only place in the apartment that has modern finishes is the bathroom.
