3. The free end of the broach must be securely secured. If you work alone with a partner, he just needs to hold the wire. If you do the wiring yourself, you can attach the broach to the battery, door handle or other fixed object. The purpose of the fastening is to create a tension in the future, so that it is more convenient to stretch the cable in the corrugation.
4. The last thing left is to tighten the wire all the way in. Do this carefully, if you overdo it with tension - in the place of connecting the broach and cable there can be a breakage, which will create a lot of trouble.

This is actually the entire installation technology. As you can see, it is not quite difficult to stretch a wire or cable through a corrugated pipe. Non-standard cases

The first and most common situation is when pulling a string from a conductor because of strong tension. In this case, it is recommended that the part of the corrugation that has already been cut is cut off and left, then reconnect the wire to the end of the cable and finish the broach. Two pieces of corrugated tubes are then connected by electrical tape.

If you have little space in an apartment and need to pass the long section of the corrugated tube yourself, for example, 30 meters, it is not always possible without experience to do it in the room. In this case, it is recommended to connect the cable to the string first, then go into the entrance and fix the free end of the wire to the railing on the top floor. Sometimes it becomes necessary to stretch the conductor in a corrugated hose over the ceiling, or rather inside a suspended structure of gypsum board. The difficulty lies in the fact that during broaching there is a strong friction between the walls of the corrugated tube and the insulation of the conductor. As a result, even the wire does not facilitate the process, and if there is no broach, in this case it is also impossible to perform the installation. A special grease comes to the rescue, with which it is possible to quickly pull the cable through the corrugated pipe. The cost of such a lubricant is a little high, however, if you often perform electrical work, we recommend you to purchase it, becauseone bottle is enough for a long time.
