In the summer with the drying of things, problems usually do not arise, worse at the rest of the time when it's cold or raining. It dries all the time, you have to put wet things in the room and throw them around the batteries. The real salvation is a clothes dryer. It refers to those things that make our everyday life more comfortable, that's just the price is embarrassing. In this article, we will paint all the stages of manufacturing this device with our own hands.

Types of clothes dryers

Dryers for linen come in different:

• ceiling mounting;
• outdoor;
• wall mounted.

Each hostess chooses the most convenient model for herself in terms of conditions. Any of them can be made by themselves. What kind of designs do not come up with home-made craftsmen! Look at the dryer dryer, the photo of which is located below:

This is an original and compact drier for sliding clothes for 36 seats. It consists of 10 sections. For each of them:

• 2 plywood strips;

Such a convenient dryer can fit on the balcony in the bathroom. It does not take much space, and when you do not need to dry it, it simply folds. For its manufacture it will be required:

• bars from a tree and uneven bars;
• board made of fiberboard or MDF;
• furniture loops;
• hooks or furniture handles;
• retainer;
• transformation mechanism;Screws
• , nails, paint;
• drill.

So, for work:

• we make 4 blanks for the frame from the beams;
• harvested 4 identical wooden rods;
• divide the side boards into equal segments;
• drill blind holes in the bars, focusing on the diameter of the rod;
• insert the rods in the middle of the frame, pre-sharpening the ends a little;
• we fix the frame with screws;
• we process the board in such a way that its width coincides with the width of the frame, and the length remained greater than 15 centimeters;
• we connect a board and a lattice to each other by means of a furniture loop;
• primed the product and varnished or painted;
• we fix in the upper part of the lock, and with one side the mechanism for transformation;
• divide the bottom of the wallboard into 3 parts;
• drill holes for furniture handles;
• install the pen. It is possible to replace the handles with hooks.

That's it, the wall-mounted dryer is ready, it only remains to fix the board on the wall.

Heated Dryer

To quickly dry out a thing, we put it on the battery. It is much more convenient to do this on a dryer specially adapted for a radiator. To assemble it you will need:

• panels - 2 pcs.from wood, MDF or chipboard. In height, they should slightly exceed the battery;
• metal pipes - 5 smaller diameters and 5 larger ones;
• wooden spikes;
• pipe plugs;
• adhesive.

Do the work in the following order:

1. At the top of the panels on the inside, we drill 5 blind holes for the spikes.
2. The front side of the panels is divided into 3 equal parts, before retreating below the centimeters 10, mark the points and drill through hole, then dull, through and again deaf.
3. Deep holes are greased with glue, and having hammered the spikes, let it dry.
4. We collect the upper part, fixing pipes of smaller diameter on the spikes.
5. We assemble the front part using pipes of larger diameter, with one fixing to the spikes, and the other we pass through holes.
6. We put on the ends of peeping pipes, plugs.
7. If there is a regulator on the radiator, then cut out the hole on the panel from the side.

Ceiling dryer in the bathroom

In order to dry the laundry in the bathroom, a simple hook-and-dryer dryer is suitable. It will require:

• self-tapping hooks pieces 8-10;
• rope or suitable in color, beautiful rope.

And then:

• do the marking and drill on opposite walls under the ceiling above the bathroom holes;
• install hooks;
• pull the ropes.

Comfortable dryer for your own hands

It is convenient to use a portable dryer, it is located anywhere, and when not needed, it simply folds and retracts into a secluded corner. In the sale of such models a lot, but with their own hands is not worse. For production, the following material is required:

• 20 mm chipboard or MDF board;
• screws and nuts M6 - 4 pcs.;
• M3 nuts - 48 pcs.;
• furniture screws - 4 pcs.; Wheel wheel for
• - 4 pcs.;
• tubes with a diameter of 18 and 16 mm;
• furniture handles - 2;
• a rod from a stainless steel in diameter of 3 mm.

1. Cut out 2 pieces for side walls in size 70x20 cm and one for the bottom 60x20 cm.
2. After stepping off the top edge of the side panel 12 mm, drill a hole with a diameter of 6.5 mm. At a distance of 176 mm from the center of the first hole, we drill a second one of the same diameter. The same is done on 2 panels.
3. We begin assembling the case from below, fastening the side strips to the bottom with the help of furniture screws.
4. We attach to the body furniture wheels.
5. At the ends of the screeds cut from the pipe we insert the M6 ​​nuts and weld along the contour.
6. On the couplers, wear the 5 mm-wide restrictive rings cut from a 22 mm pipe and 30 mm bushings prepared from the same pipe.
7. The restraining ring is welded to the screed.
8. We make a frame from a 16 mm pipe. First cut off 2 blanks and mark the sides. In the center of the side of the frame, we put on the sleeve a ring bounded from 2 sides by rings welded to the frame tube.
9. Pipes are bent. We get 2 U-shaped billets.
10. On the long section of the frame tube from the inside, we drill holes under the bars.
11. We cut 12 pieces from a rod with a diameter of 3 mm.
12. On the blanks on both sides cut the thread M3.We insert the bar into the holes and fix it with two nuts on each side.
13. On the sides to the bushing welded racks, at the end we put on the cap.
14. Weld to the bushings on the screeds of the right and left parts of the frame.
15. We connect the frame to the body with screws.
16. We attach furniture handles to the sides of the case.

Practical underwear dryer is ready.

Clothes dryer for balcony

To make the easiest dryer for the balcony you need:

• piece of stainless steel pipe 2-3 cm in diameter;
• 4 wooden blocks with a thickness of 6-8 cm;
• springs;
• rope.

Manufacturing process:

1. We produce brackets from the bars, drill holes according to the diameter of the pipe. We fix them on opposite ends of the balcony.
2. In the right pipe we drill holes for ropes at a distance of 10-15 cm from each other.
3. Knot the knots at one end of each rope and pass them through the holes in the right bracket.
4. We insert pipes into the holes of the brackets and secure them securely.
5. Below the left pipe we fix the lower end of the spring.
6. The left ends of the ropes are thrown through the left pipe and each is firmly tied to the springs.
7. Springs and knots are closed with a decorative panel.
