The fiberboard is not afraid of humidity and high temperature, it has strength and lightness, has a long service life and at the same low cost. They hold the fasteners well and can be milled.

This material is mainly used for the manufacture of the rear walls of cabinets and the bottom of boxes.

• Woody massif. This material is natural and environmentally friendly. This is his main advantage. Properties directly depend on the type of wood used. For example, pine has high strength characteristics, it is not difficult to process, it is easy to glue together. Larch has water repellent properties. • Drilling holes in the side parts. Holes should be 5 mm in diameter and placed in two rows on the inner plane of the outer side pieces, and on both sides on the lower partitions.

To do this, you need to draw a line, retreating 3.7 cm from the front and trailing edges. On it, and will be lined up. It is necessary to note the location of each of them at the same distance from each other. The standard gap between them is 32 mm.

To avoid accidentally drilling a side piece through, it is necessary to use a depth gauge, which is attached directly to the drill and helps to regulate it. The holes themselves should have a depth of one centimeter.

The template is fixedly fixed on a wooden plate, and the holes are drilled directly through it. • Connection of external sidewalls and partitions. The side details and the upper and lower partitions are installed downwards with the ends, in this way, as they appear in assembled form. After that, on the back edges of the pencil, you need to put the marks, in order to further understand what detail relates to what. You also need to mark the grounds.

Next, the upper bases and partitions should be placed on the rear ends, as they will be connected to each other. All parameters must be taken into account and fixed in the drawing, which you will create before starting work. Details need to be clamped in a vice to avoid sliding and sliding. After that, mark the places where the partitions were laid on the bases. In the bases, in the center of the contour of the partitions, it is necessary to drill a pair of holes 4 mm in diameter. The gap between them and the outer edges should be at least 3 cm. The holes in the bases should be unscrewed( before that, also drill the holes for the threaded joint in the covering plate, bend them from below).

Now you can connect the bases, with partitions using secret screws and a screwdriver.

To prepare a threaded connection of two wooden elements, it is better to drill a screw hole using a bit larger than 0.5-1 mm in diameter;it must be pounded to fit the head of the screw. The second part is better to drill, using a 1 mm drill already screw.

• Connection of the outer side parts and the upper part of the structure. Collect the upper part on the back ends. Lateral details and the bottom of the future buffet attach as they are going to connect them. In pencil, mark the places where the contours of the bases touch the sidewalls.

Orienting the center of the marking, drill two holes of 4 mm and count them out under the screws from the outside. You need to do this as carefully as possible, so as not to spoil the appearance of the product.

When all the holes are ready it remains only to connect them with secret screws and a screwdriver.

• Installation of internal structural elements. Install the body of the product to the rear ends. Place the contact areas of the lower partitions and bases with a pencil, as described above. In the bottom base, in the center of the contour, drill for each partition a pair of four-millimeter holes. Uncover them from the bottom.

Screw the lower part of the partitions to the base with screws, and the upper part with fixing corners. Install from both sides of each sidewall one corner to the surface. Then install between the bases of the partition and connect the hidden screws through the bottom base, and also through the mounting brackets. The second paragraph of this manual describes how to make a threaded connection.

• Assembling the plinth elements and attaching it. All parts of the socle should be placed on the surface as they will be subsequently attached, and mark the edge with a pencil to see where what part should be attached.

Drill holes for threaded connections in the panels and plinth bars. Panels are joined to each other by means of bars located in the corners in an upright position. The elements of the cap are fastened, according to the drawing, with a screwdriver.

Next, you need to make holes in the slats, due to which the base will be attached to the body, and fix them using the same tools. After assembling the base, it is screwed to the body.

• Attaching the cover plate to the housing. In the second paragraph of the instruction, you have already drilled holes in order to attach the covering plate to the body. First, attach it to where it will be located, leave a 0.5 cm projection on each side, and 2 cm in front and rear. A projection of this size is necessary to hang the doors and attach the rear wall.

• Rear wall connection. It can be attached either with dowels and glue, or with the help of fixing corners and screws. Use a screwdriver to screw them to the outer side parts of the housing from the inside, flush with the trailing edge, or to the inner planes of the base on the right and left side.

Place the housing on the side surface. Place the rear wall, as it will join it. Secure it with a vise and screw it on the inside with the help of corner fasteners.

• Joining of hinges and doors. Having located the doors on the desktop, make a pencil markings so as not to confuse the right with the left, top with the bottom. Also, it should be noted lines, where there will be places for inserting loops. The lines must pass through the centers of the holes arranged in two rows.

Turn the structure on its side and attach the door to it at an angle of 90 degrees. After that, you can easily transfer the markup to it. From the first door, the lines are transferred to the second, using a ruler. For installation, curved loops are required. Holes for them should be 4 cm from the edge. Mark 4 holes on the pencil lines and drill them using a wood drill with a diameter greater than 1.2 cm.

Insert the hinges into the holes and screw them with screws. Install them in two holes in a row. Place the case on its side, attach the door to it at an angle of 90 degrees. Align it along the sidewall. Attach and secure the loop holders on the base plates. Make holes for the handles and attach them.

• Now it only remains to polish the surfaces( to treat them as best as possible, preferably before assembly) and cover them with special wax, while observing safety techniques.
