For home use, there is no need to collect a complex design, rather simple( and therefore inexpensive to manufacture) model.




As a material for the production of tiles used different compositions that differ in their components. To obtain a white tile mix white cement with marble chips. Mixtures consisting of rubble, river sand and cement of grade "400" are used. Based on personal preferences, someone adds different plasticizers. But in any solution, of course, there is water. As a result of the treatment of the prepared solution, a smooth tile of a predetermined shape is obtained.

Basic materials for the table:

  • metal pipes and angle( channel);
  • sheet metal;
  • vibrator( electric motor, any 220V will fit, if only the power was acceptable);
  • steel springs.

The base of the table is made of a metal corner, enough "fiftieth".You can use the channel. The dimensions of the base are approximately 700 x 700 mm, although each master decides for himself. It should only be taken into account that the larger the table size, the more powerful the electric motor should be. As the legs of the table are welded to the base metal pipes.

The solution is compacted, the air bubbles are removed, and the "mass" begins to acquire hardness and shape. In this case, there is a vertical vibration. There are designs for tables where horizontal vibration is used. But such tables are somewhat more difficult to produce, although the design is also quite simple.

 Important: Before starting work, make sure that the working plate is completely level. Otherwise, the form starts to move along the sheet, and the solution splashes onto its surface.
