Drawings

It is important to consider the distance between adjacent rails: it should be no more than 1-2 mm. After the correct arrangement of the elements, it is possible to tightly clamp the two-sided nut, which will securely fix the components.
The correct installation of sliding gates on rollers also involves the tightening of bolts that fasten the rack rail to the fasteners on the profile. Detailed drawings and photos, specified in the instructions, will make sure of the accuracy of the execution.
On the prepared foundations it is necessary to establish a supporting and feigned frame in accordance with the level. To do this, you need to make a markup and then prepare the holes.
There should be no differences between the bases. The fastening is carried out with the help of M12 wedge anchors. Adjust the posts strictly vertically.
Further all the other components for sliding gates are assembled and fixed: clips for rollers, rollers. Before installing them you will need accurate marking of the free area and avoiding the differences in the plane or slight slopes of the frames. The distance from the support frame to the first fixer is 10 cm. And the distance between the adjacent fasteners is 1,335 m.
After the fasteners are prepared, the roller supports are installed.
The mounting frame is used to mount the rollers with a small tire.
