The process of manufacturing
First of all you should prepare the following materials:
- tube of super-glue - "Moment" or "Second" or even varnish of brand AI 156 or colorless "NC";
- soft simple pencil( suitable for both M2 and M4);
- pliers.
After this we turn to the manufacture of conductive glue at home. Sharpen the pencil and break off the slate. Pull the rod yourself on a sheet of paper to make graphite powder, as in the photo below:
Next, if you decide to make a conductive coating of superglue, carefully unfold the tube from the back side, which is tightly twisted into a tube. Now you need to fill the powder yourself through the unpacked back of the tube( the ratio should be 1 to 1 according to the prescription).To consistency was homogeneous, stir it with a match or needle. When the homemade glue is ready, wrap the tube as the manufacturer did, and secure the wrists with pliers to secure it. Where can I use the mixture?
Homemade conductive adhesive, as we have said, is recommended to do in order to restore tracks on the board, for example, when repairing the console from a TV or keyboard.
