We carry out the installation of PVC panels. Step 1: surface preparation and

materials All materials should be purchased in advance, and not on the day of installation, because some of them are recommended to "lie down" in the room where they will be used for several days. Step 2: fixing the crate

The cladding is made of a metal profile 30 cm apart from each other. The bracket should be so that the last lower profile is 10-30 cm from the floor, and the upper one touches the corner for the ceiling skirting. Reinforced rails( guides) should be attached after leveling and marking of the wall by a level of 50-60 cm from each other.

Please note! In rooms with high humidity it is better to use galvanized profiles.

If the alignment of the walls has not been made in advance, so that there are no distortions and distortions, small pieces of wood can be attached to the rail in places where the walls are chipped and uneven. For fixing the profile, screws and screws are needed.

First take the profile and attach it to the wall, measure the level fixing points. In these places, make holes in which to place the dowels, and then the profile, and tighten the screws.

Step 3: fastening the first panel

If the sheets are fixed vertically, then the length of the sheet will be the height of the room, if horizontally - the width of the walls. The required length measure with a tape measure and mark on a sheet lying on a flat floor. Cutting material is most convenient with a hacksaw or electric jigsaw.

In order to proceed to the plating, you will need a perforated metal corner, which is placed on the first panel and fastened to the wall. Then the panel comb is placed in the corner. Watch how exactly the panel enters the corner, so that there is no curvature.

Next, you will need to use clammers( specially designed for the panels metal staples that hold them together).On their base are sharp burrs, which are placed in the profile and on the side of the panel, thereby providing excellent fastening to the next sheet.

Step 4: Place the following panels in the groove

Next, the panels are fastened at an angle. It is important that there are no crevices between the sheets. To avoid damage, you can take a wooden bar and apply to the panel along the entire length, then, pressing the comb, place it in the groove of the first panel. Press the comb at the same time neatly and strongly so that the sheet is fixed in the groove. The panel is fixed to the profile by a stamper.

Step 5: How to install the last panel

To install the last panel, as for the first, use the corner "P".It is placed in a corner between the walls and first the sheet is fastened to the corner, and then to the previous panel. The wall is sheathed!

The basis for the decoration of such walls is, first of all, the decoration of the top panels, which can be made with corners and cornices. In addition, the installation of electrical outlets is of particular importance and complexity, which can either be closed or else the wires can be removed in a different place. You can, for example, close one of the available outlets, and put a double on the second, or move the sockets to a more convenient place. This will reduce the space consumed and simplify the whole work. The preparation of the socket must be done before the skin, so that it only remained to attach the box and cover directly.
