  1. Methyl acrylate. A fairly common form, as modern trends increasingly offer acrylic in the composition of the floor. It calmly refers to temperature changes, it is mechanically and chemically well protected and is manufactured in various color schemes. In addition, it has an anti-slip surface. Also an obvious advantage is the rate of polymerization, that is, it very quickly hardens, just a few hours gaining the necessary strength. However, this indicator can be considered as a drawback, since the floor filling in such a situation should be performed as quickly as possible.

  3. Epoxy. It consists of a hardener and a base that has a certain color. Should be applied on a completely flat surface, and its thickness should not be less than 1.5 mm and not more than 5 mm. Filling technology for bulk floor

Despite the fact that most work on casting is trusted by professionals, you can do it yourself. The technology for each species is the same - the difference is only in the time of its hardening. Which mixture to choose is a purely individual matter( the types and their bases are described above).

  • The first thing to do is to completely level the surface. There should not be any protrusions or irregularities. Depressions can be puttyped. The floor before filling should be perfect. You also need to remove all garbage.
  • After leveling the surface is thoroughly primed. As soon as the primer is finished - you can start placing beacons. They are exposed using a laser level.
  • Filling floor

  • The lights are installed, and you can begin to flood the floor. For this, there are special devices that will make the spill even. However, you can manage without them. The floor can be leveled with a wide spatula. In general, it is recommended to make a fill not on the whole area at once, but on individual sectors( plots).Alignment occurs by moving on yourself from the wall.
  • The solution is poured, and now in no case should the floor be touched. It needs to be allowed to dry. The amount of time is different, depending on the selected basis. Usually from 2 days to 2 weeks. Also, the floor must be protected from direct sunlight.

The filler floor is completely ready and it remains only to wait until it hardens. There are no recommendations on the choice of the base, however, the floor is the cheapest on a cement basis, but it has hardened for a very long time. So what will be the choice - to decide only the owner.
