- Prepare the side guides. With the help of a marker and roulette, holes are marked in them. To do this, they are placed in pairs on a flat surface and marked with holes 10-15 cm from the rails of the guide rails and along their entire length with equal intervals of 40-50 cm. For the overhead installation type, they are moved closer to the outer edge of the guides. Drill holes Ø 8 mm. When the external installation is drilled through both sides of the tire, and the upper is additionally drilled to a diameter of 11.8 mm to install the decorative plug.

- Preparing the box. Apply the lid to the box and drill through the cover two holes on each side with a diameter of 4.2 mm. In these holes, rivets will be installed after mounting roller shutters. Drill holes for fixing the box. Their location depends on the type of installation: rear for the overhead type, from above for the built-in and on both planes for the combined. The diameter of the drill is 8 mm. Drill a hole of the correct diameter for the drive. For overhead installation, the boxes are cut at the junction with the guides using nippers and pliers. Gather the box and guides.

- Marking of fixing holes. Apply the assembled frame roller shutters to the opening. For surface mounting, all elements of the structure should lie on the wall, framing the opening, with the built-in type of installation - be on the side and top slope. Verify the verticality of the guides and the horizontality of the box, and also check the diagonals - they should not differ by more than 2 mm. Fill the marker or drill with the marking of previously drilled fixing holes on the slopes or the wall.

- Drilling of fixing holes. Remove the enclosed rolling shutter frame from the opening. On this marking, drill holes on the wall or in the opening. A dowel is installed in the concrete wall. Make a hole for the drive. Its diameter is from 12 to 20 mm, depending on the type of roller shutters, it is necessary to clarify in the passport is not the product. A protective spring is installed in the hole. If external shut-off elements are provided in the shutters, mark out the holes in the lower part of the guides to fix them.

- Mounting of the frame. Remove the protective film from the rear wall of the frame. Put and align the assembled frame to the place intended for it. Combine the marking of the holes and once again check the horizontality of the box and the verticality of the guides, as well as the distance between them. Fasten the frame with screws using a screwdriver.

- Securing the controls. For outdoor installation, the controls are mounted inside the building. Mark holes on the wall with a marker, drill them and fasten the guides and tape-laying machine.

- Installation of a leaf of a rolling shutter. Remote rings on a perforated shaft are set at an equal distance in steps of 40-50 cm. At the end profile of the roller bed, manual crossbars are installed on both sides. The leaflet of the roller shutters is placed on top of the shaft in the guide rails. At the top edge of the roller bed, traction springs are exposed, and they are creased in the perforated holes of the shaft.

- Install the cover of the box, fix it on the rivets with a rivet gun. Remove the protective tape from external surfaces, remove the dirt. Set the limiters on the end profile of the blade. Technological openings are closed with plugs, pre-coated with silicone sealant.

When assembling roller shutters, it is necessary to observe safety precautions, use only a working electric tool and a stable stepladder. It is more convenient to work with a team of two or three people. It is better to entrust an electrified drive to a specialist, especially if you do not have an electrical work skill.

Depending on the location of the duct, the installation of roller shutters can be of three types:
- Outdoor installation is most common, it does not require laborious preparation of slopes associated with the implementation of the nicheunder the box. In the case of an external type of mounting, a roller carriage with a roller bed is installed above the opening, and guide rails on both sides of it. Closed shutters at the same time completely close the opening and are almost flush with the surface of the walls.
- Built-in installation allows you to arrange all the elements of roller shutters in the niche of a window or doorway. With the built-in installation, the doors and windows should open to the side opposite to its installation.
- For combined installation, a special notch is required at the top of the opening. It is carried out during the construction or reconstruction of the building, initially laying in the project. The combined installation method allows the roller blinds to be located inside the opening, and in the open form they do not prevent the windows from opening in either direction.

Before starting installation, the roller shutter needs to be:
- Measure and compare the diagonals of the opening. The difference should be no more than 5 mm.
- Verify the verticality of the side slopes and the horizontality of the top. Deviations should not exceed 1.5 mm per meter of length.
- Make sure that on the slopes there are no irregularities, crumbling plaster, chips.
If the opening does not meet these requirements, it must be plastered or finish in another way.
Prepare the necessary tool:
- Hammer drill and drill, drill bits for concrete and metal( set);
- Screwdriver and bit set;
- Rivet gun;
- Scissors for metal;
- pliers and pliers;Screwdrivers and wrenches( set);
- Hammer;
- Level and roulette;
- Marker;
- When installing roller shutters at a height of more than 1.5 meters, a stable stepladder is needed.
To connect the drive you will need an indicator screwdriver and a multimeter. To seal the joints of the guides and the wall - any suitable sealant and mounting gun. When unpacking roller shutters, you should immediately check the completeness and absence of damage to the elements.
