Step-by-step instruction for making a forged fence

1. We draw the drawing of the desired fence on paper and place on the sketch dimensions. When developing drawings, first of all, it is necessary to determine whether it is possible to manufacture this variant from the technological point of view, and also whether there is metal used in the project at the bases that sell this material.

2. We perform the calculation of the required material. First, you need to mark the territory with poles, and also calculate the required number of sections. To measure it should be extremely accurate, do not add extra centimeters, because forging simply can not fit. The calculated calculations are best recorded.

3. Now you can buy materials. However, do not forget that the material will have to be bent on its own, so it's better to purchase medium-thickness rolled metal. Also you can buy small-sized balls to weld them to the endings of the curls.
