The design of the table is quite simple and does not require complicated manipulations and a lot of hardware. The manufacturing algorithm looks like this:

1. Cut all the necessary bars on a circular saw. Their sizes and number are indicated in the photo with the drawings. If there is no circular saw, it is replaced with a regular or any other convenient tool.
2. Make a table top made from any convenient material - lacquered plywood or wood. The table top is covered with several layers of varnish, as this element of the table takes on the main impact of moisture when it is on the street. In addition, this countertop is easier to clean from different spots.
3. Return to harvested bars. All the spills on them must be covered with edge band. Use a jigsaw to round out the bars for the legs and foot supports. If there is a grinder with these elements, a right angle is cut and then it is smoothed by the machine.
4. When all the parts are ready the process of their bonding begins. To begin with, connect the legs and supports. Then, markings for fastenings are applied to the table top. The assembly of the parts is carried out with the help of wood screws with a diameter of no more than 35 mm.
5. All the details of the table number, dismantle, grind their irregularities and varnish. Now the table is collected finally.

4. Make 2 crossbars for legs, length 380 mm.

Another convenient and compact version of a picnic table is a suitcase. In this case, not just folded legs and table top, and the table is going into a real suitcase with a handle that is convenient to transport even on public transport. For the manufacture of such a table you will need:

• 2 sheets of plywood with dimensions 50x60 cm;
• 4 timber measuring 44 cm;
• 2 beams measuring 60 cm;
• 4 beams 52 cm;
• self-tapping screws - about 30 pcs;
• nails - about 50 pcs;A handle for a suitcase or a door handle;
• 2 hinges with a size of 60 mm;
• 2 suitcase latch;
• furniture screws for fixing feet.

Algorithm for assembling the table:

1. The skeleton is going to start. Make 2 frames of the same size - 50x60 cm, they are fastened with screws. The finished frame looks like a small low box.
2. Loops are attached to the frames of the screws in such a way as to connect the two boxes to each other.
3. At the same distance, note 4 holes for the legs, they should be 1 mm larger than the diameter of the purchased furniture screws. Then the places for the holes on the legs are marked and drilled immediately.
4. Now the legs are screwed to the frame and the stability and symmetry of the entire structure is checked.
5. The handle and latches are screwed from the end of the frame, the table is ready. To disassemble the table of this design, it is necessary to unscrew the legs, fold them in a frame and close it as a suitcase.

The table processing of any of the above described designs is carried out in the same way - it is treated with stain, varnish or paint. This will not only improve the appearance, but also extend the life. The beauty of the product will also give a slightly different structure to the countertop. The folding mechanism in the suitcase is modernized with the help of stabilizers, on which the legs are screwed. The entire structure is connected to each other, the legs are positioned so that they easily go beyond the inner edge of the frame. Table Algorithm:

1. To begin with, all the spills on the parts must be machined with an edge.
2. Assembly begins with fixing the central part with a movable leg, vertical and horizontal bars. In the diagram these details are indicated by the letters З, Ж and E. The fastening is carried out with the help of deaf straight spines.
3. The assembly of the table top is made, for this purpose a foot, a king and a sub-table are fastened to it. In the diagram, these parts are marked with the letters B, D and D.
4. With round studs, a cover( B) is attached to the ends of the legs.
5. The design of the movable leg and frame is equipped at the end with an elastic band or metal button, and then piano loops are attached to it.
