After creating the perimeter, the first lower underlying layer is formed. It is formed from a gravel-crushed rock mixture with a thickness of 200-500 mm, depending on the weight of the cars. The layer must be well leveled and densely compacted with a vibration compacting machine.
It is not superfluous to lay a layer of geotextiles with a density of 160 g / m sq. Geotextile is required for:
- preventing mixing of layers;
- load distribution;
- ground subsidence warning;
- the distribution of moisture from rainfall throughout the site.
For geotextiles 50 mm thick, one more leveled gravel layer should be laid out and again compacted. In addition, it is possible to place cable conduits in this layer if the car park lighting is planned.
After laying all the layers, plastic grid modules are placed on top.
The minimum height of the plastic grid modules to create an auto park should be greater than 32 mm. Also it is necessary to pay attention to the material of lattices. To protect against destruction from frost, special additives must be added to polypropylene. If it is allowed to park at the dacha of trucks, then you need to use reinforced grilles with additional stiffeners.
