The course of the construction of the foundation:

2. Dig holes into the bays to a depth of 1 m.
3. Pour sand into the pit 20 cm thick. In the sandy soil, you need to fill rubble, 10 cm thick, with sand.
4. Pour hot bitumen into the pits.
5. Make a concrete base so that the cut from above is strictly horizontal.
6. After the concrete has solidified, lay out the brick pillars. Half of the veranda should be 20 cm lower than the level of the house.
7. Pillars should be treated with bitumen and covered with rubble.
8. The brick fragments need to be laid in the middle of the pillar. Instead of a brick you can use gravel.
9. Between the supports to make wooden or brick piling. Make sure that the outside looks homogeneous.

The veranda framework

To build a frame, the bars with a section of 100x100 and 80x120 mm are perfectly suitable.

1. On the pillars of the foundation lay the lower strapping. At the corners, the connection must pass through half the tree and a straight lock.
2. The double strapping from the bottom must be made to cut the logs. On them in the future will be flooring.
3. In the harness you need to put up the racks and strengthen it with nails, so the connectors will be strengthened.
4. The strapping on top should be put on racks and attached with thorns and nails.
5. Place the rafters, attach their upper ends to the beam, which is located under the roof of the house.
6. Use the anchor bolts to tighten the run and the racks that are next to the living room. Beams with supporting rafters must be thoroughly attached in the wall.

Today, more and more often when building verandas from a bar, sliding walls are used. In addition, that it is very beautiful, so it is also convenient. Thus, from the veranda you can get a summer terrace. And in inclement or cold weather, the walls are closed, and a cozy room is obtained. The sections of this wall are connected by loops of metal. When you open the wall, they gather in the accordion. When they are closed, they must be secured to metal hooks, moving one side to the other.

Roof of the building

The roof of the veranda needs to be made sloping with respect to the roof of the residential building. From materials it is worth giving preference to the one from which the main roof of the house was built, so the building will look harmonious. It is necessary to shelter on the crate, laying the boards horizontally. Windows on the veranda

To install the window, perform a number of works:

1. At the height of half a meter from the floor, fix the board for the window sill. On the veranda the windowsills will be lower than in the usual house.
2. The distance between the harness and the window sill must be hidden under the lining or under the wooden flaps.
3. As this structure is not insulated, the verandah skin should be carried out from the outside.
4. Specialists recommend to alternate windows, some of them let the doors be tightly closed, and others - open. Since the room will not be heated, it will be sufficient to have frames with one glass.
5. Window blocks must be installed in this way: insert the finished block in the opening and attach it to the corners in wedges. Next, attach a window box with nails. All the cracks that remained, you need to fill the dry pakley, but not completely, leaving the third part of the lumen for the pakli, which was moistened in a solution of gypsum. It remains only to close the gaps closed with wooden frames.

Floor and stair construction

The floor in the veranda should be laid in this way:

1. The floor should look like a plank cover in one row.
2. You need to put the boards on the logs, which are between the two crowns of the lower strapping.
3. Top and boards and logs must be treated with an antiseptic.
4. Apply antiseptic on top of the paint or varnish.
5. On the porch, the upper step must visually continue the floor.

After the floor of the veranda is ready, the ladder will come up:

1. At the same level as the floor, you need to build the top step.
2. For two strings that are slightly angled, you need to attach parts of the straight ladder.
3. The lower step should be at ground level, and its ends should snug against the string and be attached with a nail.
4. Now you need to install the inserts, cut them out according to the template, they are similar to the outline of the side board. They also attach to the string.
5. Between the inserts there should be a stepping-stone and a support board, it will keep a tread on itself from above.

Room arrangement

1. The door to the verandah can be installed from any side where it will be convenient for you, it will be included in the drawing to be left for the construction site.
2. When choosing the material for finishing, you need to pay attention to the finish of the whole house. Well, if the materials match, the whole design will look very organic. Do not forget to walk through all the wooden elements with an antiseptic.
3. If it is important for you that the veranda is warm in any weather, you can think about additional insulation.
