The first way of flexing the gypsum board is based on laminating the sheet with a special needle roller. If there is no roller, you can use an awl.

Only the cardboard coating of this finishing material should be pierced. The side thus perforated must be concave.

So for a radius of 180 cm you need a sheet with a thickness of 12.5 mm, from 130 cm to 180 cm you need a sheet 9 mm thick. With a radius of 100 cm, it is best to bend sheets 6 mm thick.
If a thin sheet is used, two layers can be laid with overlapping seams.
