Building a country house is not all. Any house should be equipped with appropriate engineering communications, providing its owners with at least basic amenities. One of such engineering systems is a sewage system. Naturally, any work on the installation of canalization of a country house begins with planning.
It is necessary to determine the scheme of the system. In principle, it is possible to make it in a private house completely independently, with your own hands, having previously studied this issue. This work is of no great complexity. It is necessary to know that the arrangement of the sewage system consists of three main stages: the installation of equipment inside the house, the construction of an external pipeline system and a cleaning station.
As for the inter house equipment, all the connection points to the sewerage system should be determined beforehand. This applies to such rooms as a toilet, bathroom, kitchen. In general, to the "plum" are connected all the places of water analysis. It is necessary to determine not only the laying of pipes inside the house, but also the place of installation of the central riser and with the pipe outlet outwards.
Specialists recommend the use of pipes made of polymer materials for sewage system installation. For their laying and connection between themselves, no special equipment and tools are required, and no special training is needed. In addition, such pipes have low weight, long service life, are not susceptible to corrosion and are easy to install. If necessary, the defective section of the route can easily be repaired by replacing one section( pipe).
Rules to be observed when installing a sewerage system inside the house:
- a pipe with a diameter of at least 100 mm is used to install the riser and remove from the toilet. To drain water from other places of analysis( bathroom, sinks, etc.) use "fifty";
- if the pipe turns, then the angle should not be straight. For corner joints of pipes, special bends or risers with such bends are used. A straight angle is allowed only when the pipes are vertically joined;
- when installing pipes, it is necessary to provide equipment for special "revisions".These are the holes in the pipes, which allow you to periodically clean the sewage system;
- when equipping the riser, please note that the upper end of this pipe must be routed to the roof. This is necessary to ensure the ventilation system, protecting the premises from an unpleasant smell. The outlet of the riser pipe must be no less than 0.5 m above the roof plane. Naturally, the place of such an output should be chosen far from windows and doors;
- sewer pipes are laid with a certain slope in order to ensure a natural drain of the liquid;
- if the pipes in the house are laid from the outside, and not in the walls, then to reduce the "noise" they should be isolated( material, film).
The next stage is the selection of the type of treatment plant and its installation. The most preferable option is the construction of a cleaning septic tank. It does not require a frequent call of a sewer machine and its installation can be done by yourself, using rings( from reinforced concrete or plastic) for the construction of chambers. For the construction of a septic tank, a pit is digged, into which ready-made rings are stacked on top of each other.

When selecting a site for a treatment plant, it must be borne in mind that it should not be located closer than 5 meters to the house. It should also take into account the depth of groundwater. If the construction will use factory-made concrete rings, then the services of the crane operator will be required, but there will be a gain in time.
The volume of septic tanks should be determined. It is calculated based on the amount of sewage coming in during the day to clean. If the site area allows, then construction of three wells is carried out, which are interconnected successively by special channels. The first well plays the role of a settler. It is with him and will, if necessary, "work" sewer machine( so you need to provide how she can drive up).
In the second well secondary water purification occurs. The first two wells must necessarily be waterproofed. The third well is built without an isolated bottom. At the bottom, a special filter is installed from the drainage, through which the purified water flows into the soil.
It remains to add that there are septic tanks and factory-made, which only need to be installed in place and connected to the sewage pipe. Pipes connecting the internal system of the house and the septic tank must also be installed with a certain slope so that the withdrawn water does not stagnate. It is necessary to determine the depth of their gasket. Open spaces( if any) must be insulated. Otherwise, in the cold season, the sewage system will simply "freeze".
