The mechanized plaster of surfaces is a process of applying special mixtures with the help of equipment for the purpose of their alignment and decorative coating. It is used for both external and internal works. The most justified use of mechanized plaster to cover large areas.
Pluses mechanical method
Mechanized plaster, compared with manual work performed in the classical way, has obvious advantages:
- stronger adhesion of plaster to the wall, since sputtered it under high pressure,
- economical consumption of plaster as the unit gets its thin uniformlayer and expends to the end;loss solution reduced 5 times,
- wall obtained perfectly smooth, without streaks and cracks, and the coating itself is more durable,
- minimal preparatory work, careful putty is not required, resulting in cost only at this stage are reduced by almost half,
- at times reduced timecoating compared to manual labor( several people for 8 hours may not perform the work of more than 100 square meters walls),
- such surface dries in less than a week, and then can proceed to further finishing. If
to analyze and calculate the final amount, which will cost plastering manually by professional artists, it becomes clear that, in addition to other advantages, Mechanized plastering of the walls will be cheaper by 10-30%.
Work progress and technique
The work on applying plaster is mechanically divided into the following stages.
- The preparation of the solution takes place at the work site and is also mechanized. The dry mix is poured into the unit, where it mixes with water automatically in the right proportion. All these actions are performed in the chamber of the machine and do not require additional capacities or equipment.
- Then, using a spray gun, apply plaster to the walls. The device is capable of delivering a jet at a distance of up to 80 m and upwards by 60 m, therefore, it is possible not to use ladders, and the work is accelerated.
- For a particularly smooth and high-quality coating, further alignment is required. A fresh layer of plaster is leveled with the help of long rules and spatulas, the excess solution is removed and redistributed.
- After an hour and a half, when the plaster has seized, the grout is done to smooth the walls. The joints and corners are especially processed.
- Completely plastered walls dry for 3-4 days, with high humidity - for a week. After that, they can be painted and applied with a different finish.
Application of the equipment allows you to create a really high quality plaster coating with high thermal insulation, soundproofing and aesthetic properties.
