Mechanical plastering - the walls will be stunningly smooth

Imagine that you need to plaster 200 square meters of walls, which, in effect, gives us a standard two-room apartment. Well, you can add 50 squares here. Presented? Fearfully? So, you can perform all this work breakdown manually, weeks this way and a half, or for a couple of days to implement the same amount of finishing , but only with the help of special equipment. The mechanical plastering of surfaces is carried out with the help of two completely different aggregates - a plaster station and a cartridge pistol with a compressor. Two different options, giving the same result, namely - completely flat walls, with an extremely durable layer of plaster.

Plaster station is an autonomous system in which a solution is mixed, then fed by a high-pressure hose into the socket of the "gun", from where the mixture emits a powerful jet, covering the wall with a thick layer. In order to activate the station, it is enough to fill a dry mixture in the hopper, pour water into it and start the motor of the compressor that is part of the unit. All that remains is to hold firmly in your hands a pistol remotely resembling a fire hose, directing the mixture to the wall at an angle of 90 degrees to its surface. That is, the whole process is fully automated.

Cartridge pistol is a semi-automatic, as you have to knead the mixture manually and fill the ready-made composition in the tank located at the top of the gun. After refueling, the gun is ready for action, it only remains to turn on the compressor connected to this equipment by means of a high-pressure hose. Keep the gun with a full reservoir in hand, so it's easy to use this unit is not different.

Mechanical plastering by spraying the

mixture The process of applying the plaster using a special station or a cartouche gun starts, no matter how distressing for someone, from working with hands. After all, the wall must be prepared for finishing. So, surface cleaning, priming, installation of special plaster profiles on the edges of door and window openings and at external corners, if necessary - leveling on beacons.

In places where different materials are joined, it is necessary to drown metal mesh in the first layer of plaster, in order to avoid the appearance of cracks.

And now, at last, the preparatory work is over, shooting begins on targets, that is, mechanical application of plaster. Preferably use gypsum solution. Of course, it freezes fairly quickly, but the bins for both units are emptied for 20-30 minutes. Yes, and it is impossible to keep a cartridge pistol with a five-liter capacity, even if it is gradually empty. We press on the start, we direct the stream on the wall and enjoy the process.

Mechanical plastering of walls - striving for excellence

All the trickery when working with a plaster station and a cartouche gun is to keep the guide bell, from which a jet of solution escapes, strictly perpendicular to the wall and at one distance from it while mechanized plastering of walls continues. How far the barrel of the "gun" should be from the wall, depends only on the power of the compressor and, accordingly, the power of the jet mixture. With a correctly defined distance and direction of the socket, the plaster is almost not sprayed and falls on the wall with an even layer of , leaving no ugly blots and stains. The thickness of the plaster layer should not be less than two centimeters, especially with uneven walls.

Mechanical plaster is extremely simple, it is enough to continuously conduct a line of mortar along the entire wall or its segment, which you want to cover for a day, then slightly shifting the barrel below, start a new line so that it halfway over the previous one. So you will achieve a lack of seams between the rows of cover and a certain smoothness of the walls. We do not forget that if plastering is carried out along the lighthouses, they must completely disappear under the layer of the solution. After the last row has been passed, it is sufficient to level the surface with the H-shaped rule, and after drying, finish the finish to the full smoothness by the rule of the already trapezoidal shape. And the layer should dry up so that not its surface is not ripped off by the scraping movements of the rule, but slightly crumbled.

In fact, automated plaster saves not only strength, but also time, as well as financial means. Firstly, the distribution of plaster under pressure by a uniform jet along the surface of the wall allows not to be distracted by the constant scooping of the solution, as it happens in manual finishing. And the wall is covered with a solution faster. In addition, the mixtures for mechanical finishing are cheaper than the same composition, but for manual work.
