4. Triplex is considered to be the most durable material. It consists of several layers of glass and is manufactured using two technologies:

• liquid filling.

In the manufacture of the material, the first variant uses a polyvinyl butyral film, which is placed between its webs. It turns out the so-called "pie", which after melting in an autoclave turns into a single monolith.

Glasses made on the basis of lamination technology are the most durable - with a very strong impact they crack, and do not scatter to fragments.

Liquid filling is carried out with the help of a polymer resin, which is applied to the glass and hardens under the action of ultraviolet. Doors made of a material manufactured using this technology are cheaper, because it does not require the presence of high-tech equipment.

The decoration of the triplex is very original - a wide variety of elements are placed between the glass sheets. It can be drawings, textiles, photo prints and even dried leaves or flowers.

The strength of a triplex directly depends on the thickness( 6-40 mm) and the quality of the alloy material. The disadvantages of laminated glass include its weight - it is quite heavy.

For the designer, glass is a canvas that allows to realize the most incredible ideas and fantasies. There are several ways of decorating the door leaf:

• Colored spraying - these glasses are suitable for any type of interior doors, they are practical, look good and relatively cheap.

• Ripple. Doors with such material are more expensive than the previous version, but they have better sound insulation. The pattern of corrugated glass consists of depressions and protrusions on the canvas. On the reverse side it is smooth and smooth.

• Sandblasting allows creating an opaque white pattern on the glass. It gives the picture a volume, which makes it much more interesting, compared to a flat image. Glass processing is carried out by means of a sandy stream directed to a part of the cloth, not covered with a stencil.
