Before assembling the punch, prepare the workplace, a set of new rubber products, the necessary lubricants, tools, tester.

Assembling the intermediate shaft of the perforator

The intermediate shaft is part of the perforator gearbox and performs two functions:

- transfers the torque to the barrel of the perforator;

- converts the torque into a reciprocating impulse due to the operation of a drunken bearing.

The body of pos. 10 is inserted:

- oil seal pos.12;

- hub of the impactor pos.13;

- felt seal pos.14;

- the bearing 6904DD pos. 15 is pressed;

- metal restrictive bushing pos.16 is inserted;

- all is fixed by a lock ring pos.17.

For pressing the bearing, use a press, or a hand-held wooden board.

The outer race of the bearing is lubricated prior to installation.

The body pos. 10 ends against a cylindrical gasket made of aluminum, copper or wood.

The bearing is inserted into the body and is pressed using the adjustment and the hammer. When squeezing, skews are not allowed.

The collected barrel is inserted into the body and press in, taking care.

The assembled rotor is inserted by the helical gear into the mechanical unit of the perforator.

It remains to connect the mechanical unit and the stator housing.

When inserting the rotor into the stator housing, remove pre-carbon brushes with the brush holders.

Control circuits are a circuit that allows smoothly start the punch, adjust the frequency and speed of its operation.

The control circuit parts are mounted inside the stator housing handle.

Connect the punch to the alternating current network, check its operation in all modes. Ensure the smoothness of the adjustments and the operation of the puncher without unnecessary noise.
