To do this, holes are drilled in the ground, into which the pillars of the future foundation will stand. On the foundation on top is placed two layers of ruberoid to protect the lower walls of the walls from decay. On the corner joints of the foundation it is necessary to install iron bars or bolts as anchors. They will serve as anchorages for the first two crowns and give stability to the entire structure.
For the construction of the frame it is better to use wooden logs up to 11 centimeters thick or bars of the same size. In the corners of the lower crown, install iron bars up to 1 centimeter thick, so that the pillars of the frame are fastened to them. To install the pins, drill holes in the logs so that the hole diameter is 1-2 mm less. After that, using a hammer or sledgehammer, the pins are put in place.
After this, at the top of the pillars lay the bars, which will denote the boundary of the walls and roof. Over these beams begin to put rafters and lathing the future roof. For rafters are used wide thick boards with a cross section of 10 and 5 centimeters, the lath will go narrow - up to 5 and 2 centimeters respectively.
The walls of the building can be made from particleboard or roofing asbestos-cement sheets, nailed to the beams of the frame. The same sheets are used for roofing works. To fasten the sheets to the rafters, conventional nails with a washer are used to avoid damaging the surface of the material. The variant of walls made of chipboard is easier to install and cheaper.
Flooring and division into zones
All floors in the room are made of thick boards. In the place where the shower room will be located, in the boards you need to make small cutouts or leave small gaps. This will allow the water to flow calmly into the pit.
Internal partitions can be made from gypsum board, on top of which a lining is fixed.
Installation of window and door openings in the household
Normally, window blocks and doorways are not installed in the domestic appliance, for this purpose, carcass poles are used on which the necessary elements are fixed.
For the manufacture of the door leaf, the bars are taken, from which a frame with an edge in the middle is formed. A sheet of chipboard or plywood is fastened to the frame with nails or self-tapping screws.
In the same way, windows are made, with the difference that in the window blocks it is necessary to make the plane of the recess under the glass and fixing the glass with a bead.
The internal arrangement of the household block is limited to a seat device with an opening on which a conventional plastic toilet seat can be installed. In the shower unit, a hanger is placed in the undressing area and a bench( usually stationary).Inside the shower room, a soap bar, shampoo, and a washcloth hook are nailed.
HOZBLOCK
A 200-liter steel tank is installed directly above the shower on the roof of the household unit. To maximize the heating of water, the tank is painted on all sides with black paint. It is also possible to apply electric heating with the help of teens.
At the end of the work, the exterior walls of the unit can be painted or varnished.
As a result, you get a very simple and reliable room for storing all the necessary tools. As practice shows, the construction of a household block by its own means is 60-80% cheaper than the purchase of a finished structure. A time for self-assembly requires a little: only 2-3 days.
