Materials used in the piping of a heating boiler can be different, differing in availability, durability and quality. Qualitatively executed strapping will help increase the maximum efficiency of the boiler, will avoid the temperature difference at the inlet and outlet.

There are four such schemes: with forced( by using a circulating pump) or natural coolant circulation( the simplest of all options), classic manifold wiring with many elements( valves, valves, drain valves, air vent) oron primary-secondary rings( using several circulating pumps).

2. - connect the boiler to the chimney, seal it;
3. - install the hood;
4. - install the boiler collector, it is necessary to accurately identify where the supply line, and where the reverse( usually on the collector for this special sticker);
5. - attach a special tube to the boiler with a diameter of 1.25 inches, and to the pipeline of the system we introduce a branch pipe with a diameter of 1 inch, the other holes are closed with plugs;
6. - install a mixing valve at the collector inlet for temperature control;
7. - we install a circulating pump on the return line, taking into account all the features of the existing equipment;
8. - install the temperature control and pressure control unit( valves with thermometers and differential valve).

Cases where a backup boiler is required:

• - very low temperatures requiring heating;
• - the presence of a ten;
• - with gas heating to prevent sudden shutdown or under insufficient power;
• - for planned power outages.

Features of wall heating boiler

The floor heating boiler can be connected to a heated floor, hot water and heating. The binding of the boiler located on the wall is determined by its features:

- when using a system with one circuit, it is necessary to follow the procedure described in the operation and installation manual;

- when using a two-circuit modification, the strapping scheme can be mixing( regulation by the burner and mixer with servo drive) or direct( only by the burner).

The piping of a heating boiler is a laborious and complex process, requiring care and accuracy. With proper installation, the life of the heating system will be long, and operation will not cause difficulties. Use quality parts and equipment, not saving on quality.
