First: the extension is erected simultaneously with the construction of the house, on a single foundation under one roof. For this, the same materials and structures are used as for the building.
The second option: a terrace is attached to the house with their own hands with the integrity of the existing building structure. This building refers to temporary structures, and it does not require the erection of a capital base. It is not recommended to have a terrace above underground communications( running water, sewage system).
