Installation of pillars
The installation of poles begins with the preparation of pits that can be made with a hand drill. The depth of the holes can be from 70 to 100 cm, which is determined by the height of the fence. Typically, the depth is 30% of the height of the fence.
The installation of poles must be carried out in the following sequence:
- Set the extreme poles and pull the cord over their upper cut.
- The height of the intermediate posts should be aligned with the tension cord.
- Use the construction level or plumb line to check the correctness of fixing each post.
- The next post should be installed only after the concrete has hardened under the previous one. This period can be from 2 to 3 days.
Mounting the log
Having installed the poles, it is necessary to proceed to the installation of inter-column logs, on which the corrugated board will be fixed. This operation is carried out, as a rule, by welding. However, it can also be done with bolts.
As the lag can be used:
- corner size 40 × 40 mm
- profile rectangular section 25 × 40 mm.
Mounting of corrugated board
Installation of corrugated board on the prepared frame is the final stage of all works.
Fastening of sheets is made with the help of self-tapping screws for metal, twisted by a screwdriver or electric drill with a bit into the buried part of the wave at a distance of 100-150 mm from each other. With the help of tensioned cords, it is possible to control the height of the installation of the corrugated sheet and the level of screwing in the screws.
During work, precautions must be observed, since all metal edges are sharp. These edges must be tinted with special polymer paints, and all work should be done in protective gloves.
