Baroque style in modern apartments
Baroque in the interior has taken root in almost all countries of the world. Even now, in the era of modern innovative technologies, many seek to formalize their dwelling in the form of a royal palace.

In the old days, not only nobility, but also ordinary peasants tried so hard to arrange their dwelling. It is clear that they could not afford luxurious boudoir with carved lacquered furniture, unusual candlesticks and paintings, they could not. To date, the Baroque style has not changed much. Its main features are:

- Carved and curved furniture legs. Furniture is usually dark, from oak or wenge, covered with glossy varnish.
In modern apartments, all elements are not always used, even if the overall design is made in the appropriate style. Necessarily the color gamut is maintained and installation of set of bright and magnificent fixtures is obligatory.
Baroque chandeliers as a key element of the
style The first baroque chandeliers appeared in France, in the 17th century. Then the crystal was used on them to improve the illumination from the candles burning in the chandelier several times. Over time, it has become just an element of decor and is now an integral part of any baroque lamp.
It is worth remembering that you can only decorate large spacious rooms in this style, it's better if it's a cottage or a house.
For rooms with high ceilings, large and powerful chandeliers are needed. In the Baroque style, it is absolutely impossible to use all modern materials, in particular, plastic, so the chandelier must be metal, forged.
Despite the fact that the bohemianism welcomes many elements of decor, it is necessary to build a composition competently, otherwise, the interior will be too flashy.
When choosing a chandelier, preference should be given to luxurious models of metal, best of all bronze, and crystal. Such chandeliers are a vivid example of baroque and provide good illuminations even in a large room with a high ceiling.
A mandatory requirement for luminaires is that artificial light lamps must be installed in them. Daylight lamps, which are universally used in modern interiors, will make the decoration of the room more pale and inexpressive, while the artificial opposite emphasize the nobility of the details.
Chandeliers in baroque style with fabric lampshades will also look good. They create a soft, diffused light and make the room more interesting and unusual. Since the design is predominantly using dark colors, the lamps must be powerful so that the light, reflected from the dark walls, illuminates the room well.
The best option for the baroque will be chandeliers made from real crystal with gilding. It is better that the ceiling lights should be directed upward, bouncing off the ceiling, the light will be softer. To make the style look fully, all the fixtures should only be made of natural, expensive materials.
